By downloading, installing, or using Sabarr ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
description of service
Sabarr is a remote management client for self-hosted media automation services (SABnzbd, Sonarr, Radarr). The App connects directly from your device to servers you own or control. Sabarr does not host, operate, or provide any media services, download services, or content.
your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own servers, their configuration, and the content managed through them
- You must have authorization to access any server you connect to via the App
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the use of your servers and any content managed through them
- You are responsible for the security of your API keys and server credentials
subscriptions
Sabarr offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions for Pro features:
- Monthly: $2.99/month with a 7-day free trial
- Annual: $19.99/year with a 14-day free trial
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
free features
The following features are available without a subscription:
- Single server connection per service type
- Dashboard monitoring with real-time status
- Library browsing (poster grid and list views)
- Series and movie detail screens
- Calendar view of upcoming content
- Terminal theme
intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Sabarr and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. SABnzbd, Sonarr, and Radarr are independent open-source projects and their names and logos are property of their respective owners.
disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all server configurations. We are not responsible for any data loss, misconfigurations, or issues arising from the use of the App with your servers.
limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabarr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
third-party services
The App interacts with third-party services (SABnzbd, Sonarr, Radarr, Tailscale) that are governed by their own terms and licenses. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or security of these services.
changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sabarr operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
